Unilever Trainee Program

You will begin the work from the cross-functional Start-up project which will last round 9 to 12 months.

You will work on challenging project work in a preferred function and will cooperate with other functions in the company.

The best will continue the program on the managerial path for next two years.

We offer during your Start-up year● intensive development focusing on your general and functional skills● exposure to challenging projects and business cases● a chance to participate in the very intensive managerial path for next two years● full time employment with flexible working hours

We require ● maximum 12 months after graduation● proven business experience

(gathered during internships or projects within students’ organizations)● customer/consumer orientation, goal orientation● enthusiasm, creative mind, open for changes● confident in working in a team and in an international environment● high analytical skills ● mastered English language (spoken and written)
