Investments and projectsTrojan Holding has acquired a wide array of plants and equipment worth over £34 million and also appointed a select team of approximately 15,000 highly-qualified personnel. stage are the Nation Towers in Corniche Road, Abu Dhabi which depict a twin-towers with over 65 floors on a total built-up area of 3 million square feet with beach front facilities for ICT.

It also includes two mass Housing Developments consisting of 5,000 units of Emarati housing villas including associated infrastructure both located in the eastern region of Al Ain for Musanada & Alqudra, the Akoya Development consisting of 460 commercial villas in Dubai for Damac and a number of religious and industrial projects in Abu Dhabi.

Al Ameeri added: “As for the International projects, we are currently working on the Al Qasaba Housing Development consisting of 112 buildings (3,200 apartments) in Afghanistan.

“We have also worked or are currently working on Marsa Zayed Luxury Villas in Jordan, Urbella mixed-used development consisting of 500 villas and six 20 story towers in Kurdistan Iraq, 320 keys 5 star Hotel and Resort project in Morocco; 120 keys 5 star Hotel in Chechnya and a Medical centre in Seychelles.

“In total, we have executed more than 100 small to large contracts we have over £2.05 billion worth of project portfolio in the UAE and selected countries.”

Future plansAl Ameeri states the main challenge would be to maintain the rate of growth keeping in mind market fluctuations and competition. Nevertheless, its projections for the coming five years shows much potential in the real estate market due to Dubai winning the Expo in 2020 and the commitment of the Abu Dhabi government to achieve the 2030 strategic plan, plus the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, scheduled for 2022.

years due to some major international events and government initiatives. A side effect of this will be the challenge to find the right experts and sufficient resources to deliver these mega-projects on time but with high quality.
