Hosted by the Watertown Area Historical Society,
The exhibit depicts roughly 100 soldiers who participated in the Civil War, often leav-
ing families at home in very primitive conditions. This was because Watertown, itself, had
only been established in 1856 and was on “the frontier.”
Come learn about the sacrifice the men (and women) of this area made to preserve our
country, one nation, under God, indivisible, from sea to shining sea.
