• Semta have an Apprenticeship Ambition with NAS to increase the number of Advance and Higher Apprentices in training, adding a further 8,000 p.a. by 2016

• The Engineering Advance and Higher Apprenticeships are 3+ years

• A minimum of 4 GCSEs at level C and above for Advance Apprenticeships and 2 A Levels, Grade C+ for the Higher Apprenticeship

• Higher Advanced Manufacturing Apprenticeship at Level 6 leads to IEng Professional Membership
