What is up with the petrol price? Don’t we have a refinery of our own? Surely they don't buy crude oil to last only

one month. So WHY must the petrol price change every single month, even when crude oil does drop in price then the Rand is too strong or to weak but either way, up go’s the petrol price. Yet the worst is that this sends up food prices “due to transport costs” but when the petrol price does come down by a little the food prices don't. How is a cat supposed to survive. You might get a increase once

maybe twice a year, yet petrol and food go up practically every month.

Surely retailers must realize that they will stand to lose more if consumers can’t afford to buy the products in

their shops.
