Every consumer wants to assure that every goods thatthey will purchase is safe, clean and sanitized. They also

 want that their travel time to be lessen as much aspossible.

 A lot of students, especially those residing in Paco, Sta. Ana, San Andres Bukid, and other nearby districts, passby Paco (mostly by jeepneys) in order to be arrive intheir school.

 Whether working within the vicinity or just passing by, alot of Employees will benefit if the problems we havestated can be somewhat fixed.

Local tourists, especially those coming from Manila, willbenefit in this study. There are a lot of jeep terminals in Paco

that leads to and comes from different places. Hence, touriststhat are just commuting will not be deterred just because of the heavy traffic that they are expecting in Paco Market.

2. Installing of permanent (as much as possible) trash cans.

3. Building of public toilets.

4.  Add lamp posts especially on areas which it is necessary.

6.  Add street signs and traffic lights.

7. Be tight when it comes to illegal vendors.8. Conduct regular clean and green activities.
