to Qis Empire Services. Although it was started with a modest amount of capital

1. CAR WASH MANAGER

Responsible for overall operation and profitability of multiple car wash sites. Develops

people and fosters a team environment on an on-going basis. Drives business by focusing on

the customer's experience. Responsible for physical appearance of site, equipment maintenance,

and chemical and supply inventories. Understands and controls factors that contribute to (or

take away from) the overall, short and long term profitability of the operation.

2. CAR WASH SITE MANAGER

Responsible for the daily operations and profitability of the car wash facility.

Responsible for Quality Control of vehicle, equipment maintenance, and chemical/supply

inventories. Manages people both directly and indirectly. Manages inventory and handles

customer complaints as deemed appropriate by the General Manager. Assists in staffing and

training for the car wash facility. Handles scheduling for all car wash personnel. Contributes

to building of team environment. Assists the General Manager as needed

It is the intention of Top Class Auto Detailing kept in a neat and clean condition.

The vehicle is to be staffed to maintain an optimum condition of

cleanliness. If the level of cleaning at any time is considered to be unacceptable, than Top

Class Auto Detailing will adjust its staff to take the necessary measure to over come the

situation in future time.

Staffs shall be adjusted as required to accomplish any periodical

maintenance herein specified without abandoning the daily janitorial services. Any extra

services will be performed at a predetermined rate agreed by both parties.
