The new coronavirus, COVID-19, has many of us glued to the news, concerned for loved ones, and adapting our lives to deal with the changes the pandemic is having on our homes, schools, and work places. It’s pretty tough. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or stressed by it all, be reassured that this is a very normal response. However, it’s important to go easy on yourself and to take time for self-care. When so many of our peers are confined to their homes, you might hear talk of using the time to be productive or take passion projects off the back burner. If that’s what makes you feel good during this hectic time, then that’s great! But that approach doesn’t work for all of us.
