o Sing out loud every day
o Practice a Sanskrit chant (Ham)
o Try toning
o Create a mantra and repeat it out loud several times a day
o Play a game of charades
o Take a vow of silence for one day
o Journal for 10 minutes and let every sentence begin with:

commit to listening to it – just listening – without doing
anything else
o Surround yourself with light blue colors (or silver)
o Listen to music with hz of 384
o Spend an hour listening to birds singing (live or recorded)
o Write an overdue letter (not an email!) to a friend
o Try purifying for a day or two- eliminating any substances
that you ingest that might be harmful to your body
o Listen to rhythm- in music, in the words you read
o Drum to any rhythm that you like
o Create something! Let go of attachment to outcome.
