We encourage you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow enough time to check-in, change and enjoy our facilities. A locker, robe, and slippers will be provided upon your arrival. Additionally, we invite you to take time to enjoy the relaxation facilities to unwind and prepare for your spa experience. Our therapists are highly skilled in correct draping procedures to ensure your complete comfort and privacy. However, undergarments may be worn during treatments, if you wish.

Gratuities are not included in service pricing with the exception of Spa Packages.

rESErvATIonS

We recommend booking your spa appointments in advance to ensure desired times are available. All appointments can be guaranteed with a valid credit card or room confirmation number. Spa appointments are reserved especially for you, so we ask that you give us four hours advanced notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment. A fifty percent charge will be applied to appointments that are cancelled or changed within four hours of the treatment. Failure to arrive for a scheduled treatment will result in a charge equal to the full value of the treatment. Group reservations may require contractual agreement.
