audio card could be solved; we had installed two units in two apartments for the tests of the usability and handling. Since that time we have again Problems with the webcam, the sound and the quality of the video especially with the synchronization between video and audio channel
Mambo is not really useful for all of the participants, because of the handling and problems with GPS receiver

Some of the biggest health insurances has informed us that they are interested to transfer the project results into the prospective standard care system of Telemonitorig financed by the health insurances in 2013
The health insurances prefer meanwhile a methodological solution based on Propensity Score Matching and is compatible with MAST
