We are thrilled to report that we had higher

sales on opening night at The Collection than

any of our other restaurants produced for

theirs! The following day, Saturday, recorded

the highest sales day of any Settebello

restaurant, ever! We are loving being here at

The Collection. The traf c is great and we

really hit the ground running.

been fantastic. Five Guys Burgers & Fries has over 1,200

stores, 30 of them in Southern California. The Oxnard

location has had one of the best openings of any of

The Collection reminded us of Victoria Gardens, where we also

have a thriving restaurant. We saw an opportunity to join a

one-of-a-kind project in the marketplace, a property that will soon

become the dining, shopping and entertainment hub for locals in the

region. Our location, just across the street from the theatres, has

been doing extremely well, and the best surprise of all is that our

weekday traf c has been tremendous, beyond our projections.
