The Clean Green Tour
Environmental Educational Entertainment
Program Description
• The Clean Green Tour / 3-Way Handshake: School, Family and Community Involvement is a community based organization that provides Environmental Educational Entertainment, “Ways to actually enjoy learning.” Our educational process is uniquely designed to reach and uplift youth within the global community. Using (soccer) football, environmental education and cultural entertainment as the method of approach to transition youth to academic excellence and economic stability is what makes our program unique.
• This program will illustrate that youth engaged in meaningful sports demonstrate improved academic performance.
• Through this international football exchange and competition, a number of desired goals, objectives and aspirations will be achieved, including creating youth leadership, strengthening family bonds and preserving the natural beauty and integrity of the Earth.
4
Mission and Goals
• Our mission is the further development and improvement of schools, families, and communities as a means of preserving the Earth and its natural resources. We are working to successfully achieve this goal by offering our new innovative, creative, motivative and flexible methods of teaching and learning techniques for students, parents, teachers, trainers, employers, and administrators.
• These goals will be achieved through:
– Social Consciousness Music Performances-- Using music as a positive medium to elevate the level of consciousness and increase positive conditioned behaviors through radio, television, print publications and live concerts
– Community Development-- Using school, family, and community involvement as a positive medium to combat the astonishing rise in communicable disease with emphasis on HIV/AIDS/Violence and other health awareness issues
– Educational Empowerment-- Using educational resources as a positive medium to focus on improving early childhood development, middle school survival, and building a strong college freshman foundation

International Football Tournament
• The Clean Green Tour 4 Continent Football Tournament -
Environmental Educational Entertainment - “Ways to actually enjoy
learning” is a unique project where football (soccer) is being used as a
catalyst to transition youth from poverty, crime, and mayhem to soccer,
academic excellence, economic stability, good citizenry and other
meaningful sports.
• This allows each player to make a responsible contribution to the growth
and development of the community and country they are representing.
It also provides role models for other youth to esteem and set high
aspirations, goals and objectives for themselves.
• This project is an opportunity to provide the youth with valuable
experience and exposure. It will certainly inspire youth to participate on
their national teams.
• There will be a celebration of sponsored participants, volunteers and
staff members at the end of the tournament.
7
Tournament Overview
• The 4 Continent Football Tournament is designed to bring international
teams together for a Round Robin competition of friendly matches. As
part of this tournament, we will focus on environmental issues. This will
precipitate greater sensitivity to the benefits of recycling, preservation,
and sustainable development.
• Touring with various youth teams throughout the continents of Africa,
Asia, South America and Australia will stimulate partnerships in
support of tourism and economic development. Football combines
environment, education, and entertainment.
• The 4 Continent Football Tournament includes an International Youth
Soccer Clinic. This clinic will be established to help to train youth in
soccer skills, discipline and team work in order to prepare them for
competition.

Business Relationship with Andrew Williams, Jr. Cont.
What does a project of this magnitude do for Sponsors, partnerships, the participating teams and their countries?
– The more youth we train through Environmental Educational Entertainment, using football as a catalyst to reach them, is the more qualified the players - athletically, academically and socially. These qualities make the participants more astute role models.
– The academic components will attract more sponsorship to provide state of the art educational technology to advance the participants. This will enhance the visibility of sponsors / partners as major contributors to education and community development.
– The more youth we involve in the girls soccer tournaments, the more business we will generate, thus opening doors for economic stability for African women and their families.
10
International Music Festival
• The Clean Green Tour presents an International Music Festival of Socially Conscious Music Performances that elevate the present state of consciousness and increase positive conditioned behaviors.
• A combination of popular professional artists, as well as indigenous artists, will perform at each location on The Clean Green Tour. These performances will provide cultural entertainment that includes live music, spoken word, comedy, dance, drama, and more.
• The festival offers an open marketplace for vendors to display and sell their merchandise reflective of an eco-friendly environment. This will create additional business ventures for the future as well as provide community outreach services.

education and healthy living.
