The quilt and block diagrams portrayed are virtual images. The layout and look of your project may differ when using actual fabric.

FABRIC REQUIREMENTS1 Happy Harvest 10-inch Stacker (10-4030-18)1 yard (95 cm) cream main (C4030 Cream)1 yard (95 cm) brown wood (C4035 Brown)½ yard (50 cm) green wood (C4035 Green)Binding 5/8 yard (60 cm)Backing 3¼ yards (3 m)

CUTTING REQUIREMENTSPlease read instructions first before cutting. Seam allowances vary so measure through the center of the quilt before cutting the border pieces.

10-inch StackerEach 10” assorted print square is used except for brown wood.

Cream MainCut 1 strip 10” x WOF. Cut the strip into 3 squares 10” x 10”.Cut 5 strips 4½” x WOF for Border 2.

Brown WoodCut 6 strips 5¼” x WOF. Cut the strips into 40 squares 5¼” x 5¼”.

Green WoodCut 5 strips 2½” x WOF for Border 1.

QUILT ASSEMBLYRefer to quilt photo for placement of fabrics.

Happy Harvest BlockThese instructions are to make one block. Draw a line from corner to corner on the wrong side of 2 brown wood 5¼” squares. With right sides together, place a brown wood 5¼” square on the top left corner of an assorted print 10” square. Sew on the drawn line. Leave a ¼” seam allowance and trim excess. Press. Repeat with the second brown wood 5¼” square on the bottom right corner of the assorted print 10” square to create the Happy Harvest Block. Repeat to create 20 Happy Harvest Blocks.

Quilt Center AssemblyRefer to quilt photo for placement of Happy Harvest Blocks. Lay out blocks in 5 rows of 4 blocks. Sew rows together to complete the center of the quilt.

BordersSeam allowances vary so measure through the center of the quilt before cutting border pieces. Sew border strips together end to end if necessary to get the length needed. Sew side borders first.

Border 1Side borders should be 48”. Top and bottom borders should be 42½”.

Border 2Side borders should be 52”. Top and bottom borders should be 50½”.

Finish quilt by layering the quilt top, batting, and back. Bind with your favorite Riley Blake fabric from the Happy Harvest Collection. Have fun with your colors and enjoy the journey of making your quilt.
