Ways to Increase BelongingTwo activities to increase comradeship and acceptance of other cultures:1: Team building day camps at Emu Gully near Helidon2: A sporting weekend with all crew available

Emu Gully Day CampsCrew members would be put into group with other crew members of different culturesThe teams would then complete a series of activities that require teamwork to completeThe teams that complete the tasks the fastest win prizes such as movie or theme park tickets etcThe aim of this activity is to increase comradeship and make the crew members more accepting of other cultures

5Sporting WeekendCrew members would be put into random teams of around eight to participate in a weekend of sporting competitionsSports would include soccer, touch, volleyball, darts etcThe winners of the competition would get prizes like movie and theme park tickets, gift vouchers etcThe aim of this activity is mainly to create a greater sense of belonging in the workplace and to make the employees happier with their jobs

Conclusion of Team MeetingThese are two activities that would really improve the sense of community her at McDonaldsThe will help build morale, happiness, comradeship and a sense of communityThey will help make the crew members McDonalds more accepting of other culturesAnd most importantly, these activities will make here a happier workplace
