Project and Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) Overview This 300 acre, mixed-use development, known as The Preserve, is located west of Veterans Boulevard in West Fargo, North Dakota. Veterans Boulevard is the boundary between West Fargo and Fargo. Since installation of the Veterans Boulevard/I-94 interchange in 2010, this area has quickly become the most dynamic development corridor in the MSA.
