1.4. ConnectorsThe following connectors can be found on the control panel PCB:

AUX-, AUX+Connectors for auxiliary power supply

These terminals are the power supply for keypads, PIR detectors and other active devices in the system, which require power from a 13.8Vcc supply).

After choosing the first set of attributes, press [#] key to confirm and the keypad buzzer will sound 3 beeps. Then, the ATTRIBUTES 2 set is displayed. Press[1] to [8] keys and the related attributes will be activated/deactivated.

After choosing second attribute set, press [#] key again to confirm and the keypad buzzer will sound 3 beeps. Then, the ATTRIBUTES 3 set is displayed. Press[1] and [2] keys and the related attributes will be activated/deactivated.

After choosing the third set of attributes, press [#] key to confirm , the keypad buzzer will sound 6 confirmation beeps and the panel exits the section, waiting

For each zone you can enter up to 16 characters descriptor. Some general rules for how to use the keypad and the caracters associated to the keys are the following:

- Press a number key, [0] to [9], repetedly until the desired character appears.All the characters available under a number key are printed on the key(except for the symbols) and are presented in the next table;

- if the next letter you want is located on the same key as the present one, waituntil the cursor moves one position to the right, or press the [>] key and thenkey in the letter;

- if you make a mistake, press the [<] key to remove the character to the leftof the cursor;

- if you want to program one descriptor with a length of less than 16characters, by pressing the key [#] the word is stored in the KP’s memoryand on the screen you can see the “Edit zone: “ message. By pressing onceagain the [#] key you can end zone descriptors programming (section 17). Byentering a 2 digit zone number you can continue by editing the zonedescriptor that you indicated.

Section [018]: Playback of voice messages (MPV16/DTMF module must be installed and one speaker connected to SPEAKER terminals)

After selecting the programming section [018] KP126P LED are the following: ARMED A – ON, READY A – ON, SYSTEM – flashing, and zone LED 11 – ON. Message number that isplayed, consisting of 2 the 2 digits are displayed on LED keypads one short flash of zone LEDs for tens, and 2 short flashes for the units.

There are 94 voice messages that can be played using programming section [018]. While the message is played, the red BUSY LED is ON. The English voice message text transcriptionand the maximum length of these are presented in the following table:

2. Any time when the control panel is dialing the 1 -st CS phone number, the panel will report in the 1 -st reporting format which is set in this section, irrespective of way the alternate or splitreporting option was set.

3. The panel will report in the 2 -nd reporting format which is set in this section, only if the split (or double) reporting option was set and only while the control panel is dialing the 2 -nd CS phonenumber.

Section [50]: “Ding Time” / “Ding Pause”Enter 2 digits (HEX digits may be used) in order to set the “ding time and pause”, the first digit multiplied by 65ms being “ding time” and the second digit multiplied by 65msbeing “ding pause”.

The keypad buzzer will sound 6 confirmation beeps after the 2-digit group and the panel exits the section, waiting for a new command to enter another section.

To exit the “main programming menu”, press [#] key.

Section [51]: Types for PGM1 to PGM6 OutputsWhile system is being within “main programming menu” , to set the type of programmable PGM1 to PGM6 outputs, select section [51] and then enter 6 groups of 2 digits each:

Press [#] key instead of the 2 corresponding digits if the type of one of the programmable outputs isn’t to be changed.
