How to register:

• Now you can go to www.tapipedia.org and click the register button

• Enter your personal data (Email, Title, First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Country)

• Click • Select your account type• Complete any missing details• Click

• Check your inbox and click on the link to activate your TAPipedia account!

• Authors• Publisher• Publication

date• Provider• Licensing

Provide the following information:

• Complete any additional information– (e.g. Thematic

& Geographic coverage of the resource)

• Don’t forget to … add the resource!

• If your resource is ready to be published – click the tickbox “Ready to be published”

• Click “save” to submit your resource

Adding a resource:

• Go to www.tapipedia.org• Ensure that you are logged in• Go to “My Dashboard” (upper right

side of screen)

• Click to submit a resource to TAPipedia• If you have added the resource details, don’t

forget to tick• Click save to submit your resource

activities/projects on capacity development for AIS

• Add the name of the collection• Add your collection URL• Write a short description of the collection• Indicate the thematic coverage of the collection• Indicate an approximate number of resources• Provide the email of any technical manager/

information manager responsible for this specific collection or your organization’s repository
