Once pipes have taken their location as a hex bundle they will be tightened at 5 places by Dynaflexx with min 3 ton Break capacity which would be more than thrice stronger than steel strap
The bundle will be accompanied by endless slings so no coming out, no looking for eyes, no extra cost is occurred on the bundle. This bundle does not needs any pipe clamps and can be used at all handling points with the pre inserted slings.Spacer rope should be place in bundle at 3 places.

Pipe bundling process
The stand shall be properly coated/ Covered by material so it does not scratches the pipes. Normally, Rubber or PE sheet is applied for the same.Since the pipe sizes are 6” and 8” so we need two different types of stands for the same properly grouted in floor or secured.
OR alternatively since the volume is not much we can lift the pipes in choker with round slings which would be loosely placed in the frame as above. Since choker lifting will make pipes come in hex shape the bundling can be done on lifted bundles.This will save us making different frames and is flexible.

Most of the countries now keeping safety in mind and to keep damages
like under keep on bay now want pipes to be restrained inside
containers.

Ferreterro manufactures equipments to tie the bundles inside the containers
tightly so they don’t move inside the container.
We further as required install cargo nets so that accidental movement of
bundles is restrained and pipe reaches safely.
The bundle will be accompanied by endless slings so no coming out, no looking for eyes, no extra cost is occurred on the bundle. This bundle does not needs any pipe clamps and can be used at all handling points with the pre inserted slings.

An economical solution for lowering pipeline where the weight and repetition is low.
These belts are wide upto 36” and can be made upto 10 tons of capacity of any length
required.
These belts are strongly bonded and strengthened for lifting. These slings can be
polyurethane impregnated or Vinyl coated for extra strength and abrasive resistance.
REEVING CHOKER SLINGS
We Manufacture Reeving Choker Slings with
Alloy steel hardened Fittings. All hardware is
made in house and the life of slings
increases a lot as contact with hook is
minimised. Also for choker hitch lifting
Triangle passes through choker fitting for
better lifting.
