Customer Satisfaction Indexing - CSIO2 CSI ProgrammeIn line with the New O2 Commercials effective from 1st April, the CSI programme is changing. You will see in Talking Commissions, page 11 Section 1 Revenue Share, you have a quarterly KPI target.The details below are aimed at giving you information about the campaign, how it differs from the original CSI campaign and how to manage the feedback back into your business.
What are the changes to the existing programme?A SMS survey replaces the email/telephone survey. This type of campaign should yield a better response rate, typically 14% on SMS campaign.The survey is now 6 questions rather than over 100 questions and these questions are centred on you and your business and the service that they receive from you. Out of the 6 new questions, 3 are all about you and the scores from the three questions will make up your quarterly CSI score.All SMS surveys will be sent out on a pre-agreed date each quarter and will be live for 48hrs only. Date to follow. The key focus is to drive responses through your customer base within this time period.The minimum quarterly score is 70.
What are the questions?

How can I check my scores?
By logging onto Cloud Services, Business CSI and Results, you will find your O2 scores by customer. The portal will be regularly updated with your scores and feedback so it is crucial that this is managed daily to keep up to date with what’s happening
Which customers will be surveyed?
We have supplied O2 a sample of Business CSI customers that have already been surveyed by us and provided a positive score. This data will be randomly surveyed and also a selection of customers from your customer’s base, the oldest number on any account may also receive a SMS.

On Monday 20th July O2 enabled 2.3k Mobile Broadband MPNs who have a 4G device and a 3G tariff onto 4G at no extra cost to them.
O2 are not sending any communications to these customers, however we wanted to let you know the details in case you receive any questions.
Who have O2 enabled on 4G?Direct Business and Distribution customers on a 3G MBB tariff with a 4G device (tablet, dongle and smartphone only) who are compatible with O2’s free of charge 4G access code.
How did they do it?They added a FOC 4G access code onto their tariff, so they will now be able to use 4G at no extra cost. Will they be communicating to customers?O2 haven’t communicated to these customers like with previous migrations, because they are unable to successfully SMS MBB customers. How will customers know they’ve been migrated to 4G?From a customer experience perspective, a 4G sign will just pop up on their device when they’re in a 4G area (if they have a screen on their device) otherwise they’ll just have a faster experience.
Important NGN Pricing Changes for Mobile Customers
On 1st July - Ofcom made some regulatory changes that changed the way customers are charged for calls to Non-Geographic Numbers (NGNs). The changes are designed to make the cost of calls clearer, particularly for mobile callers. What does this mean?Calls made to 084/087/09/118 numbers across the UK will change from their current RRP structure to a split between a service charge and an access charge: Access charge: Set by the mobile operator at ppm. Pricing is changing for mobile from 25p Ex VAT to 37p Ex VAT (45p Inc VAT). New changes will take effect on 27th August.
Service charge: The rest of the call charge. The organisation being called decides this and will tell you how much it is. For example, “Calls to this number will cost XXppm Service Charge plus your phone company Access Charge.”
The sum of these two prices will be charged on the phone bill. This is happening for all mobile customers on bundled tariffs, the tariffs designed for SMB - new, re-sign and existing. However, for existing mobile customers on Mobex and Best 4 Business Pay As You Use, existing rates will apply until resign. New customers on these tariffs will however be subject to the new NGN rates.

For customers who travel in Europe this is not a big change. The data caps have always been in line with the price per MB, which in Europe is 14.5p/MB However, for customers who roam in RoW these changes are significant. O2 have changed the allowance to represent the cost per MB which in RoW is £6/MB, therefore from 1st October customers will get much less data.
Due to popular demand O2 have reinstated the 100MB 12 & 24 Sim Only tariff. The 100MB tariff will not be available on the 30 day contract.
It will be available to customers at a monthly cost of £7.50 per month for 100 minutes and unlimited texts.
*SIMO 12 and 24 voice tariffs are now available for NEW customers, as well as existing and re-sign customers.When monthly data allowance is reached, customer is charged the competitive rate of 2.5p/MB until the next month starts.** 100MB SIMO tariff available from August.

Worldwide 24 hour data bolt on capping
From 1 July 2015 customer who are new to theWorldwide 24 hour data Bolt Ons will receive a defaultcap set at 4 x Bolt Ons per billing cycle.There are also two alternative Capping options forcustomers. They will be able to choose to cap at 1 or 2Bolt Ons per 24 hours instead.
For regular travellers our Worldwide data Bolt On gives customers up to 2GB of data (dependant on country) to use in any country with a data network over 30 consecutive days. It’s a truly worldwide proposition, giving complete flexibility. Use a little data today in Canada and a lot next week in India. It’s the customer’s choice. And it costs just £120. Some key facts to note are:
• Your data travels with you between countries pro rating itself if you enter a different zone

Wherever you’re customers are going, we’ve got an option to suit their kind of travel, and the amount of data they need to stay connected. No need for them to switch off data roaming, because they’ll always know what they’re paying. They’ll have total control.O2 TravelAll the data you need in Europe for £1.66 a day.
How it works• DataCustomers are only charged £1.66 for the days that they use data in Europe. There’s no upper usage limit, but traffic management steps apply(means your data speeds will be reduced after 50MB), and their daily data charge will apply from midnight to midnight UK time.
• CallsCustomers will pay just 41p to make or receive a call, and then it’s free to talk for up to 60 minutes. After 60 minutes standard UK out of bundle rates apply (13p per minute).
• TextsTexts are 4p to send and free to receive.
O2 Travel Opting In/Out
For customers to opt in/out of O2 Travel, partners will need to contact PCS or customers can contact customer services by dialling 8002 from their mobile. As part of improving our customer experience around our roaming props, we’re really happy to announce we’ve made an improvement to O2 Travel. Today customers on O2 Travel are throttled once they’ve used 50MB of data in a day. This means they can continue to use data but at a slower speed. Since 1st July new, re-signing and existing Business Customers using O2 Travel have the option to continue experiencing full data speeds once they’ve used 50MB in a day. How? They’ll receive this text alert:‘O2: Just to let you know you’ve used 50MB from your O2 Travel daily allowance. You can continue to use O2 Travel but may experience slowerdata speeds until you get your new allowance at midnight UK time. If you’d like to continue using data at the same speed, text MOREDATA to 23336. This will reset your daily allowance and you’ll be charged another £1.66 ex VAT, which will last until midnight that day (UK time).’O2 Travel offers our customers simplicity, value and transparency. As a general rule of thumb, if a customer wants to use more than 13MBs of data in Europe a day, then it’s worthwhile promoting o2 Travel to them.
My Europe extraCustomers who sign up to this bolt on won’t be charged when they receive calls in Europe. Plus, it only costs 13p per minute to make calls toanywhere in Europe, from anywhere in Europe and each SMS will be 4p.

International FavouritesCustomers buy a monthly bolt on, which allows them to:

• Set up one inbound `Call Me’ number - this will look like an international number, but actually rings through to the customer’s UK mobile. This means contacts in one overseas country can call the customer in the UK without incurring international call charges, i.e. pay the same as if they were calling a landline in their own country.

On 1st July EE’s Indirect Proof Policy will go live. Please take time to review it and update your internal systems. The main changes are to Business Proofs - adding credit card, Council Tax statements and rental or lease agreements to the acceptable proofs list. Where will I be able to use 4G?
EE are expanding their 4G coverage significantly throughout 2014, and already cover 90% of the population.
If I have a 4G Ready device, can I upgrade to the 4G service later?
Yes, provided you move to the same length phone plan or longer with a monthly cost which is the same or higher, you will be able to upgrade to EE for no fee. Once you sign up to a new plan, they will send you a 4G SIM.
Which Numbers are not included in my inclusive minutes and texts?
All pay monthly 4GEE plans have inclusive minutes and texts. You can use these in the UK to call UK landlines (numbers starting with 01, 02 and 03) and to call or text people on most UK mobile networks.They don’t include calls and texts to Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man. There are also certain MVNO numbers (‘virtual’ network operators who rely on the
infrastructure of other networks) and call-forwarding services that you can’t call with your inclusive minutes and texts. They have listed these on the EE site. And if you call one of these, you may also hear an announcement reminding you of this before you’re charged.Pay as you go 4GEE plans let you use credit to make calls and send texts, or you
can buy add-ons which give you a certain allowance of each. Whichever you go for, you can use your credit or add-on minutes and texts to call UK landlines (numbers starting with 01, 02 and 03) and to call or text people on most UK mobile networks, the same as on pay monthly.
I’ve Chosen a 4GEE Phone Plan with an inclusive Add-on. Is this free?
If your 4GEE plan comes with an inclusive add-on like music or games, you won’t pay any extra for this, but the data you use for the add-on will come out of your data allowance.
What if i want to stay on Orange or T-Mobile?
No problem. You’ll continue to be an Orange or T-Mobile customer and benefit from the largest 3G network in Britain. Everything you love about being an Orange or T-Mobile customer will stay exactly the same, and your number and plan details won’t change.
