Arundel Street Carpark (Typical Section)

The planting palette proposed for the carpark environs reflects Auckland’s native

biodiversity. Low growing species may include oioi, carex and astelia. Specimen trees

species may include titoki, pukatea, taraire, and maire. Orchard species may include

pear, apple and citrus.

Vegetation within the park is consistent with CPTED principles, providing clear lines of

sight.

The materials proposed are chosen to compliment each other and blend with the

architecture and the surrounding landscape.
