•Swine flu is a respiratory disease which infects pigs but also people who have been in contact with pigs.

•People to people transmission is through coughing and sneezing.

It spreads from H1 N1 virus This virus is found in pigs This disease spreads once the person

comes in contact of pigs This diseases also spreads by shaking

hands with infected person

unusual tiredness,  headache, runny nose, sore throat, shortness of breath or cough, loss of appetite,  aching muscles, diarrhea or vomiting.

•Don’t go in crowed places •Always use mask or tie handkerchief before going out • Avoid contact with infected person•Don’t take any medicine without consulting the doctor•Ensure everyone washes their hands regularly with soap and water•Clean surface regularly to get rid of germs•Put used tissues in a bin as soon as possible

The most important thing to keep your self away from catching the disease is to wash your hands

How to Handwash ? WASH HANDS WHEN VISIBLY SOILED! OTHERWISE, USE

HANDRUB Duration of the entire procedure: 40-60 seconds Wet hands with water Apply enough soap to cover all hand surface Rub hands palm to palm Rinse hands with water Dry hands thoroughly with a single use of water Use towel to turn off the tap Your hands are now safe
