You can select multiple courseelements at once by pressing /and dragging the stylus across theTouch Screen. Press / twice toexit Multi-Grab Mode, and you'llbe able to move the selectedelements together as one unit.
By touching Mario and dragginghim into a pipe, you can create asubarea. Ta t o switchbetween editing the two areas.

You'll lose a life if you bump intoan enemy as Small Mario, fall intoa hole, or if time runs out. InSuper Mario Challenge and the100 Mario Challenge, Mario's totalremaining lives will be reduced byone each time you lose a life. the same Super MarioChallenge course, you'll havethe option of accepting anAssist Item to help you out onyour next attempt.

Courses you clear will beautomatically saved to Coursebot(page 11), so you'll be able toplay them again and again or evenmodify them yourself.

13 Exchanging via StreetPass
If you've activiated StreetPass forSuper Mario Maker for Nintendo3DS, the courses you've set andyour user information will beautomatically exchanged withothers players who have activatedStreetPass.◆ Courses you receive will be
saved to the SD card.◆ You can receive up to 100
courses.◆ If you have received 100
courses, any additional courseswill overwrite your existingcourses, starting from theoldest.

To activate SpotPass, selefrom the Main Menu and togglethe Information Sharing option to
