Hospital Highlights

CURE Zambia• The staff at CURE Zambia prepared several playroom activities to make the children's experience at the

hospital even more joyful. The children enjoyed coloring pages (specifically around Easter) and playing ball

games, which enhanced the level of teamwork among the children.

• In June, a team of CURE University student leaders visited the hospital for two weeks. Many of these

students had an interest in international missions and the medical field and were eager to learn about what

CURE is doing in the developing world. Their time in Zambia was spent primarily with the children,

completing projects within the hospital, and assisting with community outreach events.

CURE Uganda

• The staff at CURE Uganda has spent several months preparing for a fundraising walk/marathon event, where theyhope to raise $50,000 for the hospital and patient care. The event is scheduled to take place in August 2014.
