Furthermore, as a regulated investment business in Guernsey, Saffery Champness Fund Services Limited (“Saffery”) is required to undertake checks and maintain records which are designed to ensure that funds and other entities serviced by Saffery are not used for money laundering, the financing of terrorist activities or other purposes connected with financial crime. Please supply a certified copy of your passport (if you have dual nationality then please provide for each nationality) If you are unable to provide a copy of your passport or do not hold a valid passport you may supply one of the following documents (which must contain photographic evidence of your identity):

Please supply us with either an original or certified copy of one of the following documents:

• A utility bill (other than a mobile phone bill) • A current bank or credit/debit card statement • Correspondence from a central or local government authority or agency

Please note that any document provided from the above list must be dated within the last three months.

If you are unable to provide a document from the above list please contact us for guidance on what other forms of address verification may be acceptable.

We recognise that certain documents from the above list may not have been sent to you by post. We are normally able to accept copies of documents which have been provided to you on-line, but we may need to perform additional verification checks ourselves in order to corroborate your residential address.

In order to assist you, enclosed with this letter, you will find the following: • Guidance Notes on the Certification of Documents • Guidance Notes in relation to the Source of Wealth & Source of Funds • The Guidance Notes should assist you in understanding what you need to supply to us, along with details

of the exact procedure which must be followed in the event that you wish to submit certified copies rather than an original document. It is important that you study the requirements set out in the Guidance Notes very carefully as the obligations imposed on us by the Handbook are detailed and if the documentation you submit to us does not meet the requirements, it will be rejected.

Please note that until such time as we have received the documentation from you in the exact form required, unfortunately, it will not be possible to process transfers of your interests in the Fund, make redemption payments or make distribution payments.
