RELIGIOUS EDUCATION NEWS The Religious Education Program is open from 9:30AM to 2:30PM, Monday thru Thursday and Monday thru Wednesday 6:00PM – 8:30PM. Please call 429-8824 for more information. All Confirmation and First Communion information is past due. Important meetings dates: We just had our second First Communion meetings. If you did not attend either one, you need to go to the office for more information as soon as possible. The last Confirmation meeting is tomorrow in English. There will be a retreat for the 5th and 6th graders that come on Wednesday nights on March 21st in the school gym from 6:30PM to 8PM. Please continue praying for our students. We all need to pray for each other.
PASSION PLAY He is Alive! You are invited to come to experience the love of Jesus in his death and resurrection at this year passion play. The performance dates are: Friday, March 23rd at 8:00pm and Saturday, March 24th at 7:30pm. Tickets are Free and are available at the rectory or by calling Bernadette/Paul at 845-429-0920. COUPLES CELEBRATING THEIR 50th Wedding Anniversary anytime during 2018 are invited to attend the Golden Wedding Jubilee Mass with Cardinal Dolan at Saint Patrick’s Cathedral on Sunday, June 3 at 2:15pm. Pre-registration is required. Please contact your parish to register. The closing date to register for the Mass is Monday, May 14, 2018.
SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION
To this sacrament our Lord Jesus Christ invites us to receive his forgiveness and healing. He strengthens us to share his peace and mercy with others. We will have more opportunities to receive this gift of God’s love on Monday, March 26th, from 3PM to 9PM. On this day the Sacrament of Penance will be celebrated in every church of the Archdiocese of New York. It is difficult to imagine a time when it would be easier to receive God’s forgiveness in this sacrament. Also, on Wednesday, March 28th at our Church from 7PM to 9PM the sacrament of Penance will be celebrated. Plan now when you would like to meet the Lord in this sacrament of healing love.

25TH AND 50TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARIES On Saturday, June 2nd, at the 5PM Mass
married couples of St. Peter’s who are celebrating their 25th or 50th Wedding Anniversaries this year are invited to renew their marriage vows. After Mass these couples will gather with their families and friends in our school gymnasium for dinner. Nuestra fe y nuestro amor se manifiestan de diversas maneras. Una de estas puede ser con las bellas plantas que adornan la iglesia durante las Pascuas de Resurrección. Su donación para ayudar con los gastos de las plantas y decoraciones puede ser colocada en las canastas de la colecta de los domingos, o traídas a la oficina de la rectoría. 25 y 50 ANIVERSARIO DE CASADOS El sábado, 2 de June, en la Misa de las 5PM, parejas de esposos de San Pedro que estén celebrando su 1er, 25 o 50 Aniversarios de Casados, durante este año, están siendo invitados a renovar sus votos. Después de la Misa estas parejas se reunirán, junto a sus familiares, en el gimnasio de la escuela, para una cena.
