Definition of coachingDefinition by ICF (International Coaching Federation): coaching is an interactive process that helps individuals, teams, companies, institutions or organizations to develop their potentials and to achieve better results faster and more efficient

Coaching is a nicer way to achieve better results (Whitmore, 2003)
