Fibatuf MAXimum is the strongest translucent sheet on the market (Using Engineered E Glass and modified Acrylic Epoxy composite). Conforms to the most advanced Australian specification AS/NCS 4256 parts 1 & 3. From impact strength, tensile and flexural modulus. Fibatuf MAX is a heavy duty industrial sheet for extreme conditions or where longevity is required without the concern of strength reduction. It is a well known fact that thermoplastics like polycarbonate and PVC become brittle over time, however with the engineered com-posite of Fibatuf MAX, this is no longer a concern.

• AS4256-10.1 Glass content well in excess of 22%, in fact is at 40% pbw. Making it one of the most resilient sheets around. Notice picture below where over 2400 Newtons (+250kg) was placed on a sheet with purlin spacing of 1.2m. Deflection of sheet was only 55mm.• AS4256-7.2 Thickness remains within specified tolerance• AS4256-7.4 Mass/m2 with 10% specified Tolerance• AS4256 Tensile strength should be greater than 50 Mpa, Fibatuf Max is over 80MPa.

• Impact resilience. A 50kg cement bag was dropped from a height of 1m above the sheet... No visible cracks on sheet.

®1) Opal IBR Natralite Polycarbonate was used in this warehouse to increase natural lighting.2) The Modulit system in Opal and bright colours was installed for a modern look as well as good insulation and natural lighting.

® 3) 6mm Multilite Multiwall was installed for natural lighting and UV protection.

® 4) 6mm Multilite Multiwall with a print was installed to create partitioning and privacy.

NB: The Fasteners should be used together with the correct Polycap and Polybrix.The fasteners used to fix the sheeting (IBR or corrugated) atop the purlins will depend on the material it is being fixed to: timber or metal. To ensure even better support and waterproofing, use together with our Polybrix.Polybrix (closures) are made for particular applications and locations on the roof, with specific profile being used. DURO is manufac-turing the most commonly used Polybrix designs for residential and other applications.To further ‘round’ off the look, use our Poly-caps or Umbrella washers to cover the faste-ner atop the sheeting. Please speak to our DURO sales staff for further guidance and technical assistance.

SELF DRILLING FASTENERSOur self drilling screws consist of a variety of head styles; drill points; lengths and corrosion resistant coatings, making them suitable for use in all ISO environments and for most roofing profiles and applications.From stitching wafer to Hex Heads . Various lengths depending on profile of sheet. Also coatings from Class 1 to Class 5. Various thread depending on whether must bore into wood or steel or even Fibrecement/MagOx boards. Also ring shank nails for simple DIY applications are available. Tips range from self drilling into steel or wood.

Flashing is a thin layer of waterproof material placed in construction to prevent water from getting into places it doesn’t belong or direct the flow of water. Flashing is used especially at roof hips and valleys, roof penetrations, joints between a roof and a vertical wall, and in masonry walls to direct the flow of water and moisture.Flashing types are named by their location of uses or shapes:1) Barge board flashing Used with profiled steel roofing to prevent the penetration of moisture to the ends of rafters. 2) Apex flashing / Ridge capping Use with profiled steel cladding. In a hori- zontal situation, this profile serves as gable or parapet wall flashing.3) Side-/ Head-/ Counter flashing This flashing permits expansion and contrac- tion between the brick wall parapet and roof sheeting, minimising the danger of leakage.4) Exterior corner flashing This accessory offers a detail corner finish for vertical profiled steel cladding.5) Internal corner flashing Also available as bull-nose flashings.

Polyethylene closures are closed cell expanded foam that is waterproof, weather resistant, UV resistant, dustproof and extremely durable. Polyethylene closure products are easy to install and are available in both broad and narrow flutes.

Multilite is a versatile multiwall sheeting that can be used for internal and external applications. This is a great energy and money saving product, because of its insulation benefits, light transmis-sion, very light weight in comparison to glass etc. and long lifespan. Available in various thicknesses, depending on job requirements, it is ideal for use as part of a climate controlled or heated structure such as greenhouses and animal breeding cages. MODULITJOINING PROFILES

®Modulit engineered panel system in multiwall polycarbonate comes with an extensive range of aluminium profiles, custom-made fixing hooks and rubber gaskets for the installation of vertical glazing and windows of both the non-opening and awning variety. The Modulit® panels' "tongue and groove" fastening system means they can be installed without the need for verti-cal aluminium joining profiles, thus producing a wall made up of a seamless run of panels for unimpaired light transmission. We also have a range of ad-hoc profiles, with built-in thermal break, which reduce the frame's heat exchange to as little as 40%.
