weather the past few months. Between Hurricane Sandy and Winter Storm Nemo, your pool

and spa may have been damaged slightly or in some unfortunate cases more severely. We

probably figured out the biggest change– We have expanded into Pools as well as Hot Tubs.

We have started implementing Pool services such as Opening, Weekly Maintenance, Re-

pairs, NO Chemical alternatives and Closing/Winterizing. In addition, we carry a full line

of Products like Filters, Pumps, Heaters, and Cleaners. We’ve changed our website to

reflect the changes and added a new email address.

As Spring approaches we wanted to let you know of some of the Services you may

find useful as you open your Spa/Pool. You may be in need of a Replacement Cover that

was possibly damaged in the hurricane or snow storm. Perhaps it has just absorbed too

much water and now weighs too much.

All products in our Online Store are on sale as well. We are also discounting Spa Re-

pairs should you need your spa repaired before the really cold weather comes in. We do ser-

vice spas all year long so if the need should arise please don’t hesitate to contact us.

This Service is designed for the customer who has had their spa closed or

shut down for an extensive period of time. This service is more labor in-

tensive and time consuming than our Drain, Clean & Refill Service. In

some cases we may require the spa be filled so that we can blow out the

jet lines as there is some settling and will give you the ideal performance

once cleaned, refilled and started.

Spa Opening

We will perform the following for $250:

Drain spa (if required) after application of a Jet Line cleaner

Blow out all lines

Clean the spa’s acrylic shell with a non-toxic, aromatic cleaner

Clean the spa’s filters

Refill the spa to properly prime all pumps

Add necessary opening chemicals

Check all spa functions to ensure proper operations

Make suggestions as to possible repairs or items which may need re-

placement

All appointments are subject to permitting weather conditions.

Opening chemicals include proper dosages of Spa Metal Gone, Alkalinity Increaser, Reserve and Renew

Prices subject to change. Changes will be posted on website

Overly neglected Spas may incur 25% surcharge due to increased time needed to service properly

Mineral Purifier, Replacement Pillows, Filters and Jets extra

Drain, Clean & Refill Having issues with keeping the spa clean? Spa foaming excessively? Just don’t

have time to change the water and “refresh” your spa? We just may have the an-

swer for you. Introducing Drain, Clean & Refill Service. Already participate in

Add cleaning agent to the spa’s plumbing

Drain spa

Clean the spa filter(s)

Clean the spa’s acrylic shell with a non-toxic, aromatic cleaner

Clean the spa’s hard cover (if possible)

Refill the spa to properly prime all pumps

Add necessary opening chemicals

Check all spa functions to ensure proper operations

Spa Maintenance Program In a continuing effort to assist all of our customers, we would like to introduce you to the Spa

Maintenance Program. If you do not have the time to take care of your spa’s water chemistry

or if the whole process is too difficult to understand like what to put in on what day and how

much, than this program is perfect for you. Let us take care of all of your spa’s general chemis-

try needs, with 2 payment options and 2 plans to choose from we are sure you can find one to

suit your needs. Here is what we will do depending on what plan you choose:

Plan #1 Maintenance Only :

2 visits per month On an as needed basis we will perform the

following:

Add Shock

Add Bromine Tablets

Clean Filters

Add Alkalinity

Clean Cover

Vacuum Spa

Add Clarifier, Enzyme and/or Foam Down

Plan #2 Maint. w/ Winterizing

2 visits per month for up to

9 months and 1 Winterizing All of the service performed in the Maintenance

plus at the time of your choosing, we will Winter-

ize you spa by doing the following:

Drain the spa

Blow out all the plumbing lines

Add non-toxic pipeline antifreeze

Cover and Shrink wrap the spa when possible

Replacement Covers Spa cover heavier than your spa? Hurricane Sandy destroy the hard cover?Is

your cover ripped or are the inserts broken? Do you only use 1/2 your spa because

you can’t remove the spa cover? Perhaps it is time to replace your cover with one

will either match your current cover or give you the option to switch to a choice of

11 colors. All Standard Covers are tapered 4”-2”, have 4 mil wrapped 1 lb. Foam
