Design

Once a rendered display is approved, we will make a prototype. That prototype will be presented to you for any finalimprovements or revisions. Manufacturing will begin, and soon after your product will be in-store on a display. Withall these processes…design, engineering, and prototyping done in-house you will have your products in front of consumers faster.

in a retail environment from heavily themed to generic.

Wood DivisionCustom wood fabrication

Ready-To-Assemble (RTA) showcases and counters, we understand retail casework from the ground up.

In addition to our line of virtually theft-proof and shock resistant Lexan showcases for the jewelry and

firearms industries, we've outfitted the largest retailer of music instruments in the world with a line of

custom counters and displays to create one of the most unique "themed" looks ever done. We still make

the best RTA fixtures on the market, and can handle any variation between that and the most custom

showcase, display, or counters you can imagine. Our automated panel construction process reduces our

labor and saves you cost. Our capabilities include CNC milling, high and low pressure laminating, line

boring, contour cutting, and final assembly by craftsmen with years of retail display experience. We

often integrate energy efficient LED lighting in many of these fixtures and displays. Very little is

outsourced, which gives us total quality control and assures our customers their proprietary look at low

direct source pricing.

Custom metal fabrication

For other companies, providing metal components and

complete displays is not an in-house function and must

be outsourced…adding cost. Our metal division has shears

for cutting, press breaks to bend and form, punch presses,

welding stations, polishing machines and more. Having all

this at hand is invaluable for fast prototyping and production

as well… plus a huge cost benefit to our customers.

The durable qualities of metal make it a favorite choice by many of our customers. Added to that are the limitless

powder coated finishes that can be applied to metal, plus plated finishes like chrome, satin nickel, brass and bronze,

etc. For a return on investment that lasts years, metal displays can't be beat. Of major importance is our metal importing

capabilities. Since 2006 we have had an overseas office dedicated to managing our relationships with several factories,

and constantly searching out new ones. These relationships allow us to import a steady stream of goods without

delays. For larger projects the availability to import creates tremendous savings for our customers.

pack. We have laser equipment that can etch and cut to

exacting specifications and create beautiful results. We also

direct print onto any plastic material. We make literature

holders, Easel/card lean backs, backlit sign faces.

Acrylic / Plastics Division

Incorporating acrylic and other plastic materials into a display can make thedifference in a complete and attractive design. We work with Acrylic, PVC, etc.and many more. Each has its own benefit and we know what works best foryour application. We have developed a high security showcase line usingLexan, an unbreakable clear plastic that make this line of casework virtuallytheft proof for jewelry, firearms, and other merchandise.

Graphics and signage are the direct connection that draw a

to the smallest stickers, we offer endless graphics and signage

solutions to augment the look of any display.

Digital Print and Sign Division

High quality digital prints and 3D signs

Our design team knows how to include these important elements in a display and is a very important area for us to advise

you in. We offer flatbed UV digital printing that can print direct on to most plastics, wood, and glass. Coupled with that is

CNC routers that will trim the image to virtually any shape. There are roll fed digital printers that print to rolled vinyl and

can create virtually any graphic or message for application to any surface. Using your provided artwork, or artwork we

create for you is not a problem here. We laminate most printed images and apply for a long lasting display that will

attract buyers for many years.

to a thousand locations, to a single envelope to a store. Another logistics service that separates

us from other companies is our ability to actually install in the field anywhere in India.

transportation hub, and just minutes from New Delhi , We are freight consolidation and shipping

experts. Integrating retail product with displays and shipping them to separate locations saves

Logistics is more than just shipping. It requires connected information…ship dates, tracking,

proof of delivery, etc. We can monitor the activity with photographic proof and reporting
