What is service learning?It is teaching and learning method in which

students provide meaningful service in the community to help them better understand what they are learning in their school.

It focuses on critical thinking, problem solving, personal development and community responsibility.

Service-learning can help students become better learners, classmates, and citizens, and can help them make a valuable contribution to their communities.

The purpose of current service learning project at STP TrisaktiMaximising students with advanced

English proficiency through service learning activities.

Encouraging students to apply their English skills in the community by conducting useful programs.

Classifying students with advance English proficiency ( TOEIC Score above 750) to be exempted from Basic English Class and do service learning project instead.

How to select students for service learning?
