Eligibility: The Jets Early Renewal Sweepstakes (hereafter, “Sweepstakes”) is open to recipients of the 2013 Season Ticket Renewal Guide (“Recipient”), who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States & the District of Columbia (excluding Florida) & 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents & representatives of New York Jets LLC (“Sponsor”), the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, L.P., Atlantic Health Jets Training Center (“AHJTC”), Tiffany & Co., Nike, JetBlue Airways Corporation, Party City, MasterCard International Incorporated, Project Support Team, Inc., & each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising & promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Released Parties”), & each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife & their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) & those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. Promotion Period: Sweepstakes begins 9:00:00AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 4/15/13 & ends 11:59:59PM ET on 5/14/13 (hereafter, “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period will be divided into thirty (30) individual daily periods (each, a “Daily Period”). Each Daily Period will begin at 12:00:00 am ET & end at 11:59:59 pm ET that same day, except for the first Daily Period which will begin at 9:00:00AM ET. Sponsor’s computer clock will be the official clock of the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter: There are two ways for a Recipient to enter; 1) Renew or purchase their New York Jets season tickets for the 2013 season by either paying in full or signing up for & completing the first installment in a 4 installment payment plan (the first installment must be paid in full during the Promotion Period) to receive one (1) Entry. Entry will be deemed to have occurred on the day the full or first installment payment is cleared. Refunds, unauthorized payments, or any payment that is not received as described above are not considered eligible for an Entry; OR 2) Visit renew.newyorkjets.com during the Promotion Period & follow the instructions provided to complete & submit the Official Entry Form to receive one (1) Entry. All entries must be received by 11:59:59PM ET on 5/14/13 to be eligible. Limit one (1) Entry per person, email address or household throughout the Promotion Period, regardless of method of Entry. Entries received from any person, email address, or household in excess of the above stated limitation will be void. Your submission of an Entry constitutes your consent to participate in this Sweepstakes & your consent for Sponsor to obtain, use & transfer your name, address & other information for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, inaccurate, or undelivered Entries or season ticket payments; or for telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors, omission, defects or delays in any transmission, transaction processing, or communication, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, satellite, network, cable, Internet Service Provider (ISP), phones, phone lines or telephone systems, traffic congestion on the internet, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; human error or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries or season ticket payments, the announcement of the prizes, the cancellation or postponement of the games and/or events, for any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer or other device relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes, or for printing, typographical, human-processing errors or other errors appearing in these Official Rules or other Sweepstakes-related materials. Winner Selection: Potential winners will be selected in a total of thirty (30) individual random Daily Period drawings (one (1) drawing for each Daily Period). Drawings will be conducted by P/S/T, an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final & binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The first Daily Period drawing will be held on or about 4/24/13 & the last Daily Period drawing will be held on or about 5/17/13. Entries received during each Daily Period will carry forward to subsequent Daily Period drawings. Each Daily Period drawing will be held from among all eligible Entries received on said day of the Promotion Period. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules & to the decisions of the Sponsor & judges, which will be final & binding in all respects. At time of winner selection, entrants who enter via purchase or renewal method (as described above) must be a 2013 Jets season ticket holder who is in good standing per the Jets season ticket guidelines. Potential winners will be notified by telephone and/or email and/or overnight mail and/or regular mail. If the potential winner does not answer his/her phone (or is otherwise unavailable during initial contact attempt), no message will be left & no further attempt to contact such individual will be made & that individual will be disqualified & an alternate potential winner may be chosen for the applicable drawing, time permitting & at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Each Entry will have an equal chance of winning.

Prizes: Complete prize descriptions, Daily Periods & Drawings, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”), & details are subject to the Official Rules at renew.newyorkjets.com. Winners & guests will be responsible for any/all transportation to/from the designated Games, Experiences, and/or Meet & Greet locations unless otherwise designated. ARV of autographed merchandise subject to fluctuation based on NFL player featured & current market value at time of prize award. Exact seat locations (if applicable) to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Exact date, time & duration of Game/Experience is at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Exact player, alumni, date, time, location, & duration of Meet & Greet is at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Game/Experience/Meet & Greet must be taken on date(s) designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety &, at Sponsor’s discretion & time permitting, awarded to an alternate winner. In the event any designated Game/Experience/Meet & Greet is postponed & rescheduled, prize will be awarded around the date of the rescheduled Game/Experience/Meet & Greet. Released Parties are not responsible for the cancellation of any Game/Experience/Meet & Greet. All prize details, including, but not limited to, experience as an Honorary Captain on the field, witnessing the coin toss, and/or participation in the player tunnel formation, are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Participation as an Honorary Captain consists of witnessing a Jets 2013 regular season pre-game coin toss on the field & is subject to supervision & security & other policies designated by Sponsor, game date to be determined by Sponsor. Participating in the player tunnel formation consists of helping form an on-field path for players as they are announced & enter the field pregame. Being named an Honorary Captain or participating in the player tunnel formation is not an offer of employment with the New York Jets. Winner’s participation as an Honorary Captain or in the player tunnel formation may be recorded (including film or video tape or photography) by Sponsor or its designees (“Footage”). Footage will be owned by Sponsor. Sponsor & its designees shall have the right to use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy & exploit such Footage & all elements embodied therein, including any names, likenesses, any oral or written statements made by winner & winner’s performance embodied therein, in any & all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, for advertising, promotional, trade & other purposes without compensation to or permission from winner. Sponsor does not guarantee that any prize element will be broadcast or otherwise be made available to the public. All costs & expenses associated with the acceptance & use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state & local taxes, any/all transportation to/from the Game/Experience/Meet & Greet, hotel accommodations, if any, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, & other miscellaneous expenses are winner’s sole responsibility. Tickets, passes, and/or vouchers are subject to terms & conditions specified thereon. Winners & guests agree to comply with all Game/Experience/Meet & Greet & venue rules & regulations &, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the designated Game/Experience/Meet & Greet. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of the prize & removal from Game/Experience/Meet & Greet. If unused, tickets and/or passes cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash value or substitute tickets and/or passes. Other than the details of the prizes outlined above, Released Parties have no additional obligations or commitments to the winners or his/her guests in connection with this Sweepstakes. Tiffany & Co. Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize (or portion thereof) is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize (or applicable portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion & except as otherwise provided herein. Potential winners of prizes with an ARV exceeding $600 will, & potential winners of prizes with an ARV of $600 or less may be required to execute & return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & (where legal) Publicity Release as well as any other documents required by Sponsor within three (3) days of date of issuance of notification. Guests (if a minor, such guest’s respective parent or legal guardian) may be required to execute & return a Liability Release & (where legal) Publicity Release prior to the issuance of prize documents. Non-compliance with the foregoing, with these Official Rules, the inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or the return of a prize or notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification &, at Sponsor’s discretion & time permitting, awarding of prize for the drawing at issue to an alternate winner. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) for any reason, including should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes or for any other reason &, in the case of termination, at its discretion, select the winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from eligible non-suspect entries received for the applicable drawing(s) prior to the event that required such termination. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal & civil laws & should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek any & all remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that (1) any & all disputes & causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, & exclusively by final & binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association & held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement & all proceedings at such arbitration; & (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
