Strengthening community media in Sri Lanka, creating a Citizen Media culture, facilitating the role of media and communication in civil society development, identifying development communication factors and undertaking media research and training.[

To establish and strengthen networks and sharing platform among community media bases and facilitate the role of Media and communication for civil society development.
