Albania and Kosovo. I have been the single point of contact in supply chain for Arben

I'm writing this letter to comment on the professional performance of Mr Arben Tabaku, during the period hehas been working with me. For the last 6 months, I have been the Account Handler for South Eastern EuropeArea (Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania and Kosovo)

Mr. Arben Tabaku was my single point of contact for all issues related to Albania and Kosovo.

I have been consistently impressed by both his attitude towards his work and his performance on the job. Due tohis exceptional performance, dedication, efficiency and effectiveness on the job, volumes and sales targets forAlbania & Kosovo 2009 were successfully delivered.

Arben placed and revised orders according to procedures; maintained direct contacts with Supply Chain forSouth Eastern Europe Area to coordinate and approve the production dates according to the stock; providedbanderols to factories on due time and delivered finished goods in accordance with forecasts and dates. Duringhis working period, entire processes of stock build in both end markets were successfully completed.Additionally, all necessary documentation for finished goods and other import materials were prepared by himon time; goods were custom cleared on day of arrival and subsequently received and stored. These procedureshave also taken place on public holidays.

Arben is very bright and motivated. He demonstrates tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handlinginformation. He possesses superior organizational and time management skills. He is able to prioritize, managemultiple tasks and meet deadlines. He is able to efficiently respond in a calm and effective manner to a varietyof demands. Arben establishes and maintains good working relationships with all levels of the organization andhe's able to communicate clearly and distinctly. He is highly intelligent and has good analytical andcommunication skills. Arben is a quick learner and has shown the ability to digest large volumes of information.He is able to work independently or in a team setting. I particularly appreciate Arben's willingness to takeinitiative to help the organization serve its constituents more fully.
