How to reach the School of Humanities and Philosophy (Lettere e Filosofia) – Via Columbia 1.

Registration

You need to complete two different types of registration:

• Administrative registration

• Module registration

Administrative registration

1. Collect your ‘Codice Fiscale’ at the “Agenzia delle Entrate” in via di Torre Spaccata, 110. To go there : Bus 20, stop at “Ciamarra/Uff. Entrate”. reception : Mon, Wed, Fri: 7.50/13.30

2. Go to the Erasmus+ Central Office in via Cracovia, SNC.

To go there from the “Agenzia delle Entrate”: Bus 20 from “Ciamarra/rizzieri ”, stop at “Cambridge/resid. Universitaria” (about 20 minutes).

3. Register for University Canteen at the ADISU Office in Via

Cambridge 115. Tel: 06.204101. (This step is not mandatory).

To go there from Via Cracovia: Walk for 6 minutes!

4. Come to the School of Humanities and Philosophy Erasmus+ Office in via Columbia 1, floor -1, room S05.

To go there from the ADISU Office: Bus 20 direction Anagnina, stop at “Cambridge/Columbia”.

• Important rule: You can choose all the modules you want from all the faculties. If you choose subjects from other faculties, remember that 50 % of your modules must be taken from the Faculty of Humanities.

Module registration

• Complete and submit your “Learning Agreement ” for the first semester

until the first two weeks of October.

• The deadline to change your “Learning Agreement ” for the first semester is

the first week of November.

• Complete and submit your “Learning Agreement ” for the second semester

until the first two weeks of March.

• The deadline to change your “Learning Agreement ” for the second semester is the first week of April.

• You MUST book your exams in order to have them

legally recognized.
