ADDITIONAL NOTES/COMMENTS At the time of the visit, we also reviewed if the findings from the Mid Year Review for FY 11 were corrected.

• The school is still pending of including in the accounting policy & procedures the usage of the Palm Tran and Tri Rail, federal state and local grants or donations.

• The school successfully included in the policy and procedures the travel and employee reimbursement, which was already reviewed and approved by the Board. Copy of the board minutes were provided at the time of the visit.

Overall the school implements an effective system of internal controls over revenues, expenses, fixed assets, and exercises good business practice. Moreover, the school presented the appropriate information and/or evidence of documentations in place at the time of the review.
