A home workout program is essentially free. There are definitely no monthly
contracts. Over time you might want to invest in some simple home fitness
equipment: free weights, yoga mats, etc. but you can definitely get started for free.
You can buy all the equipment you'll ever need for the price of a few months gym
membership, and this equipment will last you basically forever. You'll also save gas
money because you don't need to drive to the gym everyday, which brings me to my
next point...
It's Convenient
With a home workout plan, you can basically roll out of bed or start exercising. You
can exercise anytime you can find a spare 15 to 20 minutes. It's also great for
traveling because you can perform most of the basic home workout exercises in your
hotel room. You'll save a lot of time from not driving to the gym and if you exercise
before your morning shower, that also saves you the time of taking an extra
post-workout shower.
When you start your home workout plan, it may seem ridiculously simple after all the
fancy gym equipment you've been using. But as simple as it seems, it will work.
You'll be saving money, building muscle and improving your psychological state of
mind.
