SAP System Logging
1 Desktop
You start the SAP system by selecting the SAP Logon icon on your desktop. Double-click
the SAP Logon ( ) list item.

Choose the system you want to log on. Click the (
) .

Click the Log On ( ) button.

Client means a self-contained unit in an SAP system with separate master records and its own set of tables.
Enter 100 into the Client field.
Enter your user ID.
Enter user1 into the User field.
Enter your password or the initial password provided by your system administrator.
Enter Pass123 into the Password field.
To display screens, menus, and fields in another language, enter the language key.
Enter en into the Language field.
Click the Enter ( ) button.

If you are logging on for the first time, the system automatically displays the New password dialog box. You must change your initial password.
Enter Newpass1 into the New Password field.
Enter Newpass1 into the Repeat Password field.
Click the Transfer ( ) button.

If you have successfully changed your password, the Copyright dialog box will appear.
Click the Continue ( ) button.

After finishing your activities, you can log off from an SAP system from any screen by performing one of the following:
If you have only one session running, choose the pushbutton at the upper right corner of the screen.
Click the ( ) .

If you are not certain that you have saved all of your data and you do not want to log off, choose No to return to the screen in which you were working, otherwise, choose Yes.
