Permanent This offering responds quickly to changes within your business,

filling individual roles as they emerge due to team expansion or staff

departures.

For permanent hires we offer a contingent recruitment solution. This

means that we do not invoice until we have successfully placed your

position. We will take a detailed specification of the position, allocate

a marketing and advertising budget to attract candidates as well as

utilise our extensive network to manage the process with you until

the position is filled.

ContractWhether you need a contractor who can start work immediately, a

freelancer, or are in need of an interim solution, our contract services

are ideal, as we won’t let the absence of personnel affect

What is Salt’s DRO?Digital Recruitment Outsourcing, or DRO, is our subcontract recruitment

function for an organisation to recruit multiple positions across their IT

We partner with The Big Issue Foundation to enable

financial inclusion through digital transformation.

Supporting a programme to have more vendors using

payment portals rather than carrying cash, which is a

safety threat to those working on the streets.

We have played an active role in promoting diversity in

the national workplace, partnering with STEMettes, who

encourage females to enter the science, technology,

engineering and math industries. The idea is to help

promote skills growth at a grass-roots level and to
