Get some sun! Try to go for a walk between 6 and 8 am to

get your daily dose of the sun....too cold to go out? Sit by a

window while you eat breakfast or having your morning

coffee/tea

Throughout the day keep all blinds and shades open to help

optimize your sun intake, if you can move around and stay in

the sunniest spots around you

Keep yourself on a regular schedule. Make sure you got to

bed and get up at the same time every day...even on

weekends to keep yourself rested and refreshed every

morning.

It’s important to eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables

especially during the winter. Try to add raw fruits and

veggies to every meal.

Stick to a schedule for aerobic exercise, just 20 minutes a

day can make a bigger difference than you think! Don’t forget how much colour can affect your

mood....in the winter decorate your home and

workplace with a splash of colour to boost your

mood!

Decorate with sunny yellow throw pillows or

other accents to keep you feeling cheerful.

Keep indoor plants, having living plants around

you can boost you mood but especially

flowered plants because they can also add an
