Kelly bars

Kellystangen sind Schlsselelemente fr die Herstellung von Bohrungen mit hydraulischen Drehbohrgerten. Sie bertragen das Drehmoment des Drehgetriebes und die Vorschubkraft des Vorschubsystems gleichzeitig auf das Bohrwerkzeug. Eine Kellystange besteht aus mehreren teleskopierbaren Rohren mit einem angeschweiten Leistensystem. Standard-kellystangen werden mit 6 Mitnehmerleisten hergestellt. Die Kellyrohre werden aus hochfestem Stahl gefertigt um eine Minimierung der Gewichte bei gleichzeitig hoher Festigkeit zu gewhrleisten.

Kelly bars are key components in the execution of boreholes by hydraulic rotary drilling rigs. They transfer the torque of the rotary drive and the crowd pressure of the crowd system concurrently to the drilling tool. A kelly bar consists of more telescopic tubular sections with a system of drive keys and lock recesses, welded onto their outer surfaces. Stan-dard kelly bars are fabricated with a total of 6 drive keys on each section. The tubular kelly sections are manufactured from high-tensile steel to ensure mini-mum weight at adequate strength.

Die Druckrohre bestehen aus:- Drehteller - Anschluss gem Kundenwunsch (Bauer, Soilmec, Casagrande, etc.)- Verlgerungsrohr mit Inspektionsffnungen- Rohrverbinder - Muffenteil einschlielich Schnellver riegelungsbolzen und Schraubkupplung. Die Standard-Nutzlnge betrgt ca.1500 mm.
