Kelly bars

Kellystangen sind Schlüsselelemente für die Herstellung von Bohrungen mit hydraulischen Drehbohrgeräten. Sie übertragen das Drehmoment des Drehgetriebes und die Vorschubkraft des Vorschubsystems gleichzeitig auf das Bohrwerkzeug. Eine Kellystange besteht aus mehreren teleskopierbaren Rohren mit einem angeschweißten Leistensystem. Standard-kellystangen werden mit 6 Mitnehmerleisten hergestellt. Die Kellyrohre werden aus hochfestem Stahl gefertigt um eine Minimierung der Gewichte bei gleichzeitig hoher Festigkeit zu gewährleisten.

Kelly bars are key components in the execution of boreholes by hydraulic rotary drilling rigs. They transfer the torque of the rotary drive and the crowd pressure of the crowd system concurrently to the drilling tool. A kelly bar consists of more telescopic tubular sections with a system of drive keys and lock recesses, welded onto their outer surfaces. Stan-dard kelly bars are fabricated with a total of 6 drive keys on each section. The tubular kelly sections are manufactured from high-tensile steel to ensure mini-mum weight at adequate strength.

Die Druckrohre bestehen aus:- Drehteller - Anschluss gemäß Kundenwunsch (Bauer, Soilmec, Casagrande, etc.)- Verlägerungsrohr mit Inspektionsöffnungen- Rohrverbinder - Muffenteil einschließlich Schnellver riegelungsbolzen und Schraubkupplung. Die Standard-Nutzlänge beträgt ca.1500 mm.

Casing adapters consist of:- adapter plate- connection according to customers request (Bauer, Soilmec, Casagrande, etc.)- extension tube with inspection holes and female casing joint. Standard usable lenght is approx.1500 mm.
