Rumania or Romania is a country located at the intersection of Center Europe and the Southeast, on the border with the Black Sea. Romania borders Hungary and Serbia to the west, Ukraine and Moldova to the northeast and the east, and Bulgaria to the south. Romania is the ninth largest country in the European Union by area
