THE INVESTING PROCESS

SEE SHOWS

SEE SHOWS

Our investors are only presented with opportunities to partner with shows that are in late stages of development, typically those set to debut within the next 6 to 12 months. We look to partner with producers with a proven track record of profitable and award-winning shows, and only seek out shows that already have financial commitments.

You'll own a real investment stake in the theatrical production of your choice, exposing yourself to the potential loss or profit of that show. If a production provides a return on the invested capital, a Standing Room fund may make distributions, according to the offering's terms.

It’s no secret that investing in Broadway is risky, as about 20% to 25% of shows break even on their original investment. However, theatrical investments offer an exciting and diverse opportunity to invest outside of the trends and movement of the stock market.

Don’t just invest, be a part of the VIP Broadway experience. At certain investment levels you will have access to exclusive perks, including: Opening Night tickets and party passes; networking opportunities with actors, producers and directors; access to reduced priced house seats even when a show is sold out; and autographed memorabilia.

Before considering an investment, please note that investments in theatrical productions lack liquidity, are speculative and have a high degree of risk, including a complete loss of investment.

Invest in ShowsOnce you've decided on a show to invest in, you can transfer money directly through your bank account, card, or check. Before your first investment is processed we'll charge a one-time lifetime fee of $250 as well as have carried interest for each offering.

Account ApprovalAt this time only "accredited investors" can invest in private placements being offered online. Accredited investors include those who earned income exceeds $200,000 or $300,000 together with a spouse in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year; or those with net worth over $1 million, either alone or together with a spouse (excluding value of the person’s primary residence). Partnerships, corporations, nonprofits and trusts may also qualify. You’ll be asked to verify your accredited status before making an investment.

Explore ShowsShows that are listed on our site have been reviewed by our own team and WealthForge LLC (SEC, FINRA).
