Welding of Water Wall Panels. Maximum width of panel can go upto 2500mm
which is more than what is required for standard water wall panels. Maximum
length of panel can go upto 11000mm and we have supplied panels from Tube
of various Diameter from Ø38mm to Ø76mm and fin width from 24mm
onwards. The process involves MIG with 2Torches and the machine is fully
equipped with electronic controls for various fillet sizes, automatic start and
stop, automatic synchronization of torches, hydraulic clamping automatic
suction of exhaust fumes, loading and unloading of panels and also has
provisions for increase in number of torches. 600Rms of welding per shift is
normally achieved.

INTRODUCTION
Employee Satisfaction Survey:
The most common purpose for surveying employees is satisfaction.
Employee satisfaction surveys deal with workplace issues, such as benefits,
commitment to diversity, and effective communications. The data from these
surveys helps paint a portrait of employee attitudes and opinions. These kinds of
surveys are particularly useful after a company has undergone some sort of
change, such as a layoff, an acquisition, or a new department head. They also
help employers isolate the root causes of persistent problems, such as low
productivity or high expenses.
Employee satisfaction surveys help employers measure and understand their
employees' attitude, opinions, motivation, and general satisfaction with their
work environment. Use employee satisfaction surveys to inform employee
decision making, benefits, work needs and more.
Employee satisfaction surveys provide valuable data that can ultimately save
your company money.
Benefits of Employee satisfaction survey

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
RESEARCH PROCESS
Different steps are to be followed in the research process and they are explained as below:
1. PROBLEM SOLVING
This is the basic step in the research process. It is well said, “A problem well defined is half solved” here the problem is “To analyze the attitudes of the employees regarding the various benefits provided to them by BEPL”
2. RESEARCH DESIGNOnce the problem is defined the next step is the Research Design.
Research design is the basic framework, which provides guidelines for the rest of the research process.
3. SAMPLING DESIGNThe sampling design used in this project is CONVENIENT SAMPLING,
as the sample of the employees for the survey were selected from the organization from different quotas
4. POPULATIONThe total element of the universe from which the sample is to be selected
to be studied is known as population. The populations of my research are the employees of BEPL.
5. SAMPLE SIZEThe sample size for my project is 100 employees working in the
organization,
Data collection is done through structured questionnaire.

FI NDINGS
35
FINDINGS:
Findings related to their overall satisfaction:
81% of the respondents are satisfied working in this organisation.
92% of the respondents are satisfied with their present job
49% of the respondents are not satisfied with the career and guidance
opportunity in the organisation.
79 % of respondents agreed that they have a very good manager.
78% of respondents said that they have a very good peer group.
Suggestions:
The organisation must be aware that performance evaluation of the
employees improves job effectiveness and it is a way to provide career
guidance. This may also helps the employees to improve their
interpersonal relation with the top management which may motivate them
to achieve the set targets.
The findings reveal that there is a very little chance for the employees for
promotion. People working in the same field for years are being stressed
due to no change. Thus the change in the work and certain motivating
factor like promotion can bring in personal development.
The organisation should focus more on setting of rules and regulations
which may not create a barrier for the employees in their work place.
The organisation must spend some time for face to face appraisal or
feedback collecting sessions to improve their satisfaction.
The organisation should use remuneration methods to appreciate the
employees.
36
CONCLUSION
Workers in any organization need something to keep them
working. An employee must be satisfied to work for a company or organization.
Keeping an employee working at full potential is the ultimate goal of employee
satisfaction. There are many employee satisfaction factors that a manager must
consider. In order to properly conduct business employees need to be well
trained and motivated.
This summer project was very helpful and informative to us. I
learnt how theoretical concepts are applied in organisation. I had a great
exposure to work environment. I would recommend my juniors to undertake
summer project.
