ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONSArtwork must be submitted on 3.5” floppy disk, CD-Rom or e-mail ([email protected]). Compression Programs are not accepted. Noncamera-ready art billed at $50 (x) per hour. We will proceed and bill for art charges of $50(x) or less. For charges over $50(x) we will call for approval.Return of Artwork: Specify clearly on Purchase Order to return art.E-mail art must have company name, contact name, phone number and purchase order number. Art must clearly indicate imprinting position.(On the top dial, on the lower part of the dial or in case back).Submit art in .eps, .ai, .psd, .tiff. and .jpg at 300 dpi or better. Please, include font files or convert text outlines. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop,Adobe Pagemaker, QuarkXPress, Corel Draw and Macromedia Freehand are available for manipulation. Due to variations in inks and materials, wecannot guarantee exact color matches.

IMPRINTING INFORMATION-Face of dial (logo pad printed).-Personalization on dial or back of case. (Laser engraved. Color fill not available)-Individual personalization with name and surname is available for every watch on case back and on the top or lower part of the dial for FLORENCIA,EUROPA, EUROPA CLASS and ATENAS models.Prices quoted include one color pad printing on dial. Add $ .65 (V) for each additional color and location. Add $2.50 (V) for laser engravingon case back.

PRODUCTION TIME5 to 10 working days from receipt of order or after proof approval. Orders that exceed 1,000 pieces, allow 30 working days. Rush Service:RushService is available. Contact factory for availability and cost.

ORDER INFORMATIONCancellation Of Order: If an order is cancelled after production has begun, the customer will be charged for work already completed. If paymenthas been received, we will refund the difference.Change To Order: All changes must be made in writing. Exact Repeat Orders: $25.00 (V) percolor set-up. You must specify previous purchase order number and factory invoice number. Special Occasion Dates:If an order must be receivedby a specific date, the "In Hands Date" must be clearly marked and the method of shipment.

SPECIAL ORDERSFor blank watches, larger quantities or complete customized dials, call factory for quote.

PAYMENT TERMSNet 30 days to open account customers. Finance charges not to exceed 1,5% per month will accrue on past due balances. We accept MasterCardand Visa. All payments must be made in U.S. Funds. There is a $30.00 charge for returned checks (per check). New customers must pay in advanceincluding shipping charges.

SHIPPINGOrders are shipped FOB Florida. Shipping cost is billed and added to invoice. Orders are normally shipped UPS ground unless otherwise noted.Merchandise becomes property of buyer once goods leave factory and are shipped at buyer's risk. If requested on purchase order, packages willbe insured and buyer charged accordingly. Drop Shipments: When the total order is shipped at one time to multiple destinations, a $10 (x) chargewill be added to each destination after the first.

LIABILITY: Sellers liability is limited to credit or replacement of any portion of a shipment and shall in no case exceed the amount charged for goods.

All merchandise becomes the customer's property upon delivery to the carrier. Lost shipment claims must be made in writing within 10 days of theship date. Damaged shipment claims must be made directly with the carrier.

SAMPLESRandom Samples: Will be bil led at 250 price plus freight to open account customers. New customers must prepay.Fax Proof: If factory does any designing or changing of original art submitted, a faxed proof will automatically be sent at no charge for approval.Orders over $1000 require a paper proof to insure order will be done correctly. Production time starts after proof approval has been received byfactory.Paper Proof - add $7.50 (V). Product Proof - Add unit price of item plus the cost of set-up and applicable running charges. Proof Set-Up chargesdo not apply to order.

RETURN POLICYAny complaint must be registered within 30 days from shipment. Orders may not be returned to factory without prior authorization. Contact factoryfor return authorization number.

OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNSDue to the nature of custom printing, we reserve the right to ship 5% over or under the amount ordered and bill accordingly.

PACKAGINGEach watch comes packaged in the individual gift box specified in this catalog.

RIGHT TO PROMOTIONAll logos shown in catalog have been given to Marc Watches for purchases orders or impriting proofs in any of our factories in the world. Unlessspecified in writing at time order is placed, we reserve the right to use any item we produce for display and promotion.

TRADEMARKS & COPYRIGHTSIt is assumed by factory that artwork submitted for printing is being used in full complliance with all applicable laws regarding its usage. Customeragrees to assume any liability resulting from claims against us for service marks, infringements of trademarks, copyrights,patents and personal rights.

WARRANTYAll watches carry a limited 1-year warranty. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use (batteries, crystal, strapor bracelet are excluded).
