First evolution (Reiki Q-RAK) It was firstly published on 2007 September 25 in Jakarta, consider as the birthday of Q-RAK Cultivation, it is natural system or Reiki Q-RAK. Second evolution (Q-RAK Cultivation) Early 2009, Reiki Q-RAK evolutes become Q-RAK Cultivation system. The natural system transformed into purification system. • And so forth Third evolution (The beginning phase of The Miracle of Q-RAK Cultivation) On July 2012 is the beginning of a new system of Q-RAK Cultivation. In the new system, besides completing Q-RAK Cultivation and blowing up the tremendous of Q-RAK Cultivation, it is also added a new system to access the miraculous power and the love of God through the system on Q-RAK Cultivation Within the new system, several things were created: • Cultivation of True Spirit in regular level • The Love Meditation of Q-RAK • Cultivation of Tantaka • Cultivation of Tolosa • Cultivation of Trakana • Cultivation of Trestana Evolutionary Stage 4 (The Perfection of Q-RAK Miraculous Cultivation System) The perfection of Q-RAK miraculous cultivation system was started on January 1, 2014. The new perfection of Q-RAK miraculous cultivation system has higher level than the previous Q-RAK cultivation system of the 12th generation Unlimited Super and also higher than the cultivation system of Tantaka, Tolosa, Trakana and Trestana. In the new system, new cultivations were created, namely: • Cultivation of REVA BRAVANA • Cultivation of TARA BRAVANA • Cultivation of KAPA BRAVANA • Cultivation of TRASTA BRAVANA • Cultivation of True Spirit in middle, high, up to the highest caste The purpose of creating the new system is to provide high level of purification to practitioners of Q-RAK Cultivation; so that all positive things will vastly surrounding on self and all positive wishes will be more easily be realized. As of 1st of January 2014, Reva Bravana cultivation and high level of Kundalini system will be given at the level 1 attunement of Q-RAK Cultivation which is much higher level than earliest Q-RAK Cultivation of 12th super unlimited generation, also higher than Tantaka cultivation, Tolosa cultivation, Trakana cultivation, Trestana cultivation. When someone already received the attunement, he or she immediately has all of Q-RAK abilities that have been attuned. Attunement process merely take 20 minutes. at level 4 How to access and utilize the Reva Bravana power using palms • Gently shake both of palms then face both palms each other for about 10cm away and intent as

follow: “I intend both of my palms distributing the Reva Bravana power to the space between my palms”

• Do the distribution for as long as 3 minutes and feel the sensation happened at those palms • If not feel anything, try to move closer and farther and try to feel the sensation of both palms. • Close eye to feel the sensation because closed eyes will increase the sensitivity. The sensation will be like • Tingling sensation on fingers. • Gentle pressure on the empty space between the palms • Magnetic field between the palms. • Twitch in the middle of the palms. • Electrical vibration between fingers. • Hot or cold air blowing between the palms How to utilize third eye • face both palms each other for about 10cm away and intent as follow:

“I intend both of my palms distributing the Reva Bravana power to the space between my palms”

• Then close your eyes gently and intend using forehead to see the Reva Bravana power which flows from the palms, see the shape and the color of the respective power. Wait a few minutes, and then it will come to mind, a picture of the shape and color of the Reva Bravana power.

• Do the above procedure with full of deep relaxation and deep tranquility, do no need to be hurry, do not push yourself, and do not get the feeling of stress. Do not think too hard either,

only intend to see the shape and color of the Reva Bravana power, practice it as in a doze condition or as like doing a meditation

Intent using palm(s) to distribute the power to target. The target could be self-body or others

Things to consider while on therapy session Pray • The power of Q-RAK Cultivation will be activated and become tremendous and miraculous if

within the self THE CODE OF ETHICS IN CONDUCTING THERAPY 1. Getting permission.

It is important to maintain courtesy and respect the patients. However, in certain circumstances when the practitioners somehow cannot ask for the patients' approval, Q-RAK cultivation therapy still can be done and the result remains perfect.

2. Do not take advantage of the situation When channeling energy, especially by direct touch, the practitioners are not allowed to take advantage of the situation in their self-interest, which will be very disserving to the patients. When channeling energy to sensitive body parts, which could be enticed as sexual harassment, the energy should be channeled indirectly. It means that the practitioners avoid palms directly touching the body parts. They only need to channel energy five centimeter from the body

parts. The results of channeling energy by using the non-touching method are still as effective as the touching one. Usually the practitioners will be more sensitive to the energies if it is channeled without directly touching the body

3. Pray Before conducting therapy session, the practitioners pray first to God and ask for protection and healing assistance in order to make the healing process undertakes safely and completely. When the practitioners pray for God's assistance to help the process of healing patients, very often a connecting channel is formed that connects the practitioners with the high spiritual level. When the practitioners channelize the energy to the patients, God's power also flows to the patients, so it would be possible that spontaneous or faster healing process occurs

3. Increasing Stamina Do affirmation "I intend My True Spirit uses the REVA BRAVANA power to increase my stamina against the depleted stamina because of the attacks of … (mention the illness and diseases suffered), do it for 5 hours."

4. Eliminating the Self's Viciousness and Negative aura Do affirmation: "I intend my True Spirit uses the REVA BRAVANA power to eliminate viciousness and negative aura that attack myself, do it for 5 hours". Repeat the affirmation three times

5. Eliminating the causes of illnesses and diseases Do affirmation, "I intend My True Spirit uses the REVA BRAVANA power to eliminate permanently and completely the cause of all kind of sickness and disease down to their all seeds and roots that attack and damage my body, do it for 5 hours." Repeat the affirmation three times.

6. Curing wounds and body damages Do affirmation: "I intend My True Spirit uses the REVA BRAVANA power to heal and repair all damages on my body organs and tissues because of the attacks of … (mention the sickness and diseases suffered) until they are cured completely, do it for 5 hours." Repeat the affirmation three times.

7. Increasing the stamina Increasing the practitioners' stamina further by doing affirmation to increase stamina and repeat it three times to hasten the healing process

The procedures of conducting therapy on other people. Following are the guideline for conducting therapy on self or others. The self's preparations are: 1. Increasing the self's stamina 2. Self-protection Starting therapy on patients, the patients can sit down or stand up in accordance with the situation of the place for therapy session. 1. Pray

Both the practitioners and the patients pray in accordance with their own faiths. Thus, the practitioners and the patients are bestowed with God's protection and assistance so that the therapy session can run smoothly and obtain the perfect results.

2. Touch the patient's fontanel • Touch the patient's fontanel with both hands tenderly, without causing gripping sensation

on the patient's fontanel and then deliberately intend the following affirmation: "I intend that the palms of both my hands channel the Reva Bravana power throughout the patient's body to eliminate all causes of sickness and diseases … (mention sickness and diseases suffered by the patient) and to cure all wounds and damages on the organs and tissues of the patient's body because of the attacks of the diseases the patient suffers."

• Let the palms of both hands keep on touching the patient's fontanel until the healing process ends.

• In order to avoid fatigue on the hands, the practitioners must find the most comfortable position possible, either sitting or standing during the therapy session.

3. Creating protection for the patient Do affirmation: "I intend that My True Spirit using the Reva Bravana power to create high level protection system for this patient against the attacks of the environment's viciousness and negative auras, which harm the patient and cause sickness and diseases on the patient, do it for 5 hours

4. Increasing the patient's stamina Do affirmation: "I intend that My True Spirit using the Reva Bravana power to increase this patient's stamina against the depleted stamina because of the attacks of …. (mention the sickness and diseases suffered), do it for 5 hours."

5. Eliminating the patient's viciousness and negative auras Do affirmation: "I intend that My True Spirit using the Reva Bravana power to eliminate viciousness and negative auras, which attack this patient, do it for 5 hours." Repeat the affirmation three times.

6. Eliminating the causes of sickness and diseases Do affirmation: "I intend that My True Spirit using the Reva Bravana power to eliminate permanently and completely all viruses, bacteria, germs, fungus, cancer cells, abnormal cells down to all of their seeds and roots that attack and damage this patient's body, do it for 5 hours." Repeat the affirmation three times.

7. Curing wounds and damages on the body Do affirmation: "I intend that My True Spirit using the Reva Bravana power to cure and repair all damages on this patient's body organs and tissues because of the attacks of … (mention the sickness and diseases suffered) until they are healed completely, do it for 5 hours." Repeat the affirmation three times.

8. Increasing stamina Increasing stamina further by doing affirmation to increase stamina and repeat it three times to hasten the healing process.

Specific points for channeling the energy • Distributing the energy at the specific points will hasten the healing process • Those points has direct relation with parts of body which suffered from sickness • Those relation including the relation with chakra, acupuncture points, gland system, disturbed

6. 7. Abundance “I intent my True Spirit using the Reva Bravana power to make system of abundance, system of prosperity, system of fortune, system of luck in myself until it form a perfect of miracle crystal in my life, do it for 5 hours”

8. Kundalini “I intent my True Spirit using the Reva Bravana power to improve my kundalini and exterminate all inhibitor of the development of my kundalini until reaching perfect stage. Do it for 5 hours”
