  • Bill or Amendment Request

Redistricting bills or amendments must be a complete redistricting, such that the entirety of the State is assigned to districts.

Submit redistricting bills or amendments to the House Redistricting Committee. The Committee will communicated with House Bill Drafting.

For bills and Floor amendments, House Bill Drafting will still communicate to the submitting House member in the usual manner through Leagis.

Submissions must include a CD or DVD with the plan files.

Submissions via other district building applications will be accepted, although it is the responsibility of the House Member to ensure that the submission is properly formatted.

These procedures in no way affect public submissions.
