ATTRACTION*Each new company that locates here fortifies the entire region. In fact, one new company bringing 50 new jobs will create 39 additional jobs, generating over $2 Million in wages and salaries within the region.

RETENTION & EXPANSION*A “win” in economic development often conjures images of big corporate relocations and REDI diligently pursues those opportunities. However, REDI also understands the need for the cultivation and steady growth of our existing business base. There would be no vibrant regional economy, and no magnet for new investment, without it.

35 of REDI’s closed projects were a result of the retention or expansion of a local company.

REDI sta met with 188 existing Greater Cincinnati companies for actions plans for retention and growth.

Companies like General Electric, ThyssenKrupp Bilstein of America, Inc., Ohio National Financial Services and Empower MediaMarketing chose to create more jobs and invest more in our region.
