organization ?

• People join AIESEC for the professional development side but stay in the

organization because of the personal growth;

• Most of them were looking for teamwork experience in a divers environment;

• The storytelling campaigns were effective to attract people.

TMP Value Proposition

Global Leader is a membership program for students interested in teamwork,

professional and personal development experience. We run this program in

different cities to provide more youth with leadership opportunities to live in a

multicultural environment and gain soft & hard skills.

AIESEC engage every student with proper attitude and values to generate

leaders that will create a positive impact on their community.

The event will bring the attendance at the same time and

in different places together with the most active and

powerful youth in Morocco : People who have the

courage to take the LEAD and make the CHANGE for

a better future to our country.

In the end of the workshops all the delegates in each city are going to contribute to the creating of 1000

ideas / actions in different fields that we need to start implementing now for making our country a better

Power of Youth :Powering speechs brought by relevant young leaders, to share their experiences and trials behind their

successes, and what drives them. Followed by a big panel discussion about the theme of the event.

Workshops :Constructive dialogue lead by young leaders in work spaces around a variety of topics :

Social responsibility : we want the young generation learn the connection between youth and social

responsibility through ethically behavior and with sensitivity toward social, cultural, economic and

environmental issues.

Entrepreneuship : How can youth identify opportunities in the world and react. The topic is about

supporting a new generation of entrepreneurs to see problems as opportunities, take actions to identify the

solutions and create more value in our society.

Innovation : the topic of innovation is about how youth can bring innovation and generate ideas that can

connect development to the future needs of the society.

Youth Voice :Time for our young people to share, to speak and make their voice heard. Time to our future leaders to express

their opinion about the event theme and shape their ideas of action and what makes it so relevant for our

community.
