Rebuttal to defendants motion to dismiss

This is my response to the motion to dismiss from the Claims Commission. If there is no Third party Claimant or witness present and you recognize this then there is no Jurisdiction for the Judge to even here a "complaint". Although they do this all the time it does not make it right. Read it and let me know what you think or add to your arsenal of legal instruments.
